Got my bike yesterday and it took me about an hour/hour and a half to set-up.I absolutely like this bike: it has a nice upright position (much nicer for my back) and even though it is not the lightest bicycle it is fast and the gear ratios are... 
My boyfriend completely loves this bike. Assembly was not the easiest, though. We ended up taking the bike to a bike shop for finishing touches, strikingly proper placement of the brakes. So factor in an additional $25 or so for bike shop... Schwinn Trailway - Bookshelf
